TRO consultation

You may be interested to see a consultation document that the Department for Transport have published. The consultation seeks views on a draft protocol aimed at supporting the management of the process for securing Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) for minor changes to the kerbside operation of the highway to help new developments.
