The Code of Practice for the Co-ordination of Street Works and Works
for Road Purposes and Related Matters HAUC (England) Edition together
with version 1.1 of the HAUC (England) Guidance for the Operation of
Permit Schemes, which has been modified to accommodate Street Manager,
are now both published. The latter document can be accessed directly
from the Coordination code of practice via the appendices as it is a
complimentary document to the Code.
This is the
first release of the 5th edition of the code as a HAUC advice note and
is based upon how the legislation and Street manager development stands
today. Please use these documents as they reflect the functionality and
legislation now in use and will assist in the practical application of
Street Manager and Permit Schemes.
